I hereby declare and undertake that I will use the POS DEVICE and VIRTUAL POS provided to me by Aslanlar Grup Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş. solely for the purpose of making payments of my debts or advances to Aslanlar Grup Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş. during the sale of commercial goods I have purchased from them, and only when issuing invoices or receipts to my customers. I will not use them for any other purpose, nor will I allow them to be used by any third party. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible to the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Finance and the Tax Offices for all collections made via the POS DEVICE and VIRTUAL POS.
I further declare and undertake that in the event of loss, damage, theft, or any use in violation of banking regulations or the Tax Procedure Law, I will bear full legal and financial responsibility. I agree to pay any such liabilities immediately, or, in case of delay, together with default interest calculated at the highest applicable bank rate for the period of delay.
I also undertake to return the POS DEVICE immediately upon request by Aslanlar Grup Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş., in proper working condition. In the event that I fail to do so, I agree to promptly pay any financial penalties and tax fines that may arise.
